So, what is NLP?
In simple terms when a client tells me what they don’t want, this immediately implies, somewhere in their minds, they already know what they want instead.
NLP gives me the skill to help you, the client, get to these ideas and work out how to make this a new reality. Then help you figure out what has to happen to make that happen, often creating an entirely new plan of action, with a better feeling and elegant steps full of motivation to get there.
NLP is the study of the structure of subjectivity and the natural processes by which people make changes in their minds. Most will tell you NLP is the process of modelling excellence. That means carefully mapping the subjective content of behaviours that work well, and then learning how to learn them and where to start applying them to gain the desire for improvements.
This way, you can start creating new more desirable behaviours that work well for you.
Sounds like it might be easier said than done? Well if you know what you are doing it is easier done than you might think, you just need to know how to think about it.
The fabulous thing about NLP is it teaches you exactly how.
